When will my order ship?
Within 1–2 business days from Dallas, TX. You'll get a tracking email as soon as it ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 2 hours of ordering. Once an order is packed, we can't make changes.

Do you restock sold-out items?
Some styles return; limited drops usually don't. Join our email list to hear about restocks first.

Shipping

Is shipping free?
Yes, free standard U.S. shipping on orders $70+. Otherwise it's $8, or $15 for express.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to 185+ countries, with duties and taxes included at checkout. No surprise fees on delivery.

Sizing & Fit

How do your pieces fit?
Most Cloche pieces have a relaxed streetwear fit and run true to size. Size down for a closer fit. See the Size Guide for measurements.

Can I mix sizes in a set?
Where a product offers separate top and bottom size options, yes.

Returns

What's your return policy?
14 days from delivery, with one free size exchange per U.S. order. Details on our Returns & Exchanges page.

Care

How do I wash my Cloche pieces?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colors. Hang dry or tumble dry low. Don't iron directly on prints or embroidery.
