These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of houseofcloche.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Cloche LLC ("Cloche," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use this Site and make purchases.

2. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display product colors, details, and sizing accurately, but screens vary and we can't guarantee an exact match. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (or your local currency at checkout) and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or refuse service, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that contain pricing errors. If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.

3. Limited Drops & Pre-Orders

Limited releases are available while supplies last. Pre-order items ship on or around the stated date; if a delay occurs, we'll notify you and you may cancel for a full refund before shipment.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the payment and billing information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method. Orders are accepted once they ship.

5. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns by our Returns & Exchanges policy, both part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including the Cloche name, logos, designs, graphics, photos, and text, is owned by Cloche LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission.

7. User Content

If you tag us or submit reviews, photos, or comments, you grant Cloche a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our brand. You confirm that you own the content and that it doesn't violate anyone's rights.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its security or operation, use bots to purchase products, or submit false or misleading information.

9. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services (such as payment processors, shipping carriers, and Global-e for international orders). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Cloche is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cloche LLC and its team from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
